[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Hyundai Electric announced on the 27th that its consolidated operating profit for the first quarter recorded 16.7 billion KRW, a 4.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. During the same period, sales and net profit were 351.8 billion KRW and 7.1 billion KRW, respectively, down 7.6% and 54.5%.
