[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] G2R, an advertising holding company affiliated with LG, announced on the 27th that it has signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement (MOU) with Korea University Business School for the 'Business Analytics Capstone Project.'
Through this agreement, subsidiaries HS Ad and LBEST will support the discovery of new methods to analyze customer data in the digital space from a marketing perspective. The plan is to contribute to nurturing future marketing talents equipped with design techniques and utilization capabilities for large-scale data analysis, as well as to establish a foundation for industry-academia cooperation.
G2R has been striving to transform into a 'data-driven integrated marketing solution company' through its subsidiaries HS Ad and LBEST. In 2020, HS Ad developed a strategic model for managing the overall customer experience journey in the digital space.
A G2R official stated, “Since this industry-academia cooperation is based on the master's program capstone project, the participating graduate students will engage in the project at a level deep enough to substitute for their thesis. We expect this to lay the groundwork for proactively securing future talents and to bring us one step closer to forming a digital marketing ecosystem.”
