[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Booyoung Group announced on the 27th that it will supply 308 units of the residential-commercial complex apartment "Booyoung Ashiang" located in Donong-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex consists of 4 buildings with 4 basement floors and 15 to 18 above-ground floors, a single unit size of 143㎡, and a total of 364 units. The current supply is 308 units with an average sale price of 950 million KRW. From the 6th of next month, a sequential lottery will be held for prospective buyers, followed by designated building and unit contracts.

The complex is located in front of Donong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, making public transportation convenient. Traveling outside the city is also easy via Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway. The urban railway Line 9, connecting Seoul Gangdong, Hanam, and Namyangju, is scheduled to begin construction in 2024.
