The Workers' Party organ newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, praised Kim Jong-un in an article titled "Long Live the Eternal Hero Kim Jong-un!" on the 27th.

The newspaper emphasized that the troops participating in the parade “enjoyed the unparalleled honor of being inspected by Marshal Kim Jong-un, the brilliant commander,” and stated, “Only when serving an outstanding leader can one possess a powerful national defense force and invincible military strength that protects oneself and upholds dignity.”

It continued to praise, “The current military power is not accidental; thanks to General Secretary Kim’s genius foresight, extraordinary and exceptional leadership, and unparalleled courage, we have our revolutionary armed forces and today’s Korea.”

The newspaper claimed, “General Secretary Kim’s belief and will is to establish an invincible and victorious military force to protect the world’s most superior socialist system and people, and to firmly guarantee the prosperity and happiness of future generations.”

In an editorial titled “Glory to Our Mighty Fatherland” published that day, the newspaper conveyed reactions from various sectors cheering the parade.

The editorial argued, “The strength of a country and nation is determined not by the size of its territory or population, but by the greatness of its leader and guiding ideology,” and stated, “When meeting an outstanding leader, even a small country becomes a strong nation.”

Additionally, Rodong Sinmun boasted, “The guerrillas, who wore uniforms made of coarse cotton cloth and carried only rifles seized from marshals, began their history 90 years ago with just over a hundred infantry rifles and have since grown into a world-class powerful army boasting the strongest force.”

Meanwhile, the newspaper explicitly reaffirmed his rank by stating, “Comrade Kim Jong-un, wearing the marshal’s uniform and smiling brightly to light up the whole world.”
