Hwikyung 3 District was designated as a redevelopment promotion zone in 2008, received project implementation approval in 2017, and management disposition approval in 2019. After relocation and demolition were completed, the construction commencement report was filed on the 19th.

GS Construction is in charge of the construction, with move-in scheduled for April 2025. The complex will be built as a multi-family residential housing with various unit sizes including 39㎡, 49㎡, 59㎡, and 84㎡, and will feature diverse convenience facilities such as community facilities and senior welfare facilities.

The Imun-Hwikyung Promotion District covers an area of 801,297㎡ around Imun-dong and Hwikyung-dong, including Imun 1, 3, and 4 Districts, and Hwikyung 1, 2, and 3 Districts.
