[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam, held the '2022 Civil Service Officer Courtesy Training' on the 25th in the large conference room of the county office to realize empathetic administration and improve courtesy awareness.
Seung-ho Jeong, CEO of Fun Education Consulting, was invited as the instructor, targeting about 200 civil servants from all departments who frequently interact with the public. The courtesy training was prepared to prevent employee work fatigue from long-term COVID-19 duties, election tasks, and accumulated daily work from leading to a decline in the quality of administrative services.
The training was conducted under the theme of 'Secrets of Customer Communication for Courtesy Service,' focusing on the importance of courtesy service, the spirit of civil complaint response service, methods of responding to complainants, and other cases that civil service officers can relate to.
Lee Seon-gi, Acting Mayor of Hapcheon-gun, said, "The greatest administrative service that complainants can feel is courtesy," and added, "We will strive to increase complainants' satisfaction through prompt and accurate work processing."
