[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) has introduced a 'Professional Recruitment Interviewer' system to strengthen blind recruitment and internal interview capabilities.
A Professional Recruitment Interviewer is an interview expert who effectively conducts interviews based on an understanding of standard recruitment procedures and regulations.
On the 25th, GH announced on the 26th that it conducted the 'Level 2 Professional Recruitment Interviewer Qualification Course' for 15 employees at the manager level or higher, consisting of ▲case education on recruitment trends and issues ▲mock interviews ▲written exams in sequence.
In particular, before the training, a pledge ceremony for integrity was held to strengthen fair recruitment and spread a culture of integrity, pledging to take the lead in establishing a clean recruitment culture.
Based on the results of this training, GH plans to further enhance interview expertise by utilizing employees who have obtained the qualification.
A GH official emphasized, "We recognize that the competence and qualities of interviewers are the most important to fairly recruit suitable talent, and we will continuously operate internal expert training programs."
