KCC Construction to Supply 'Suseong Forest Switzen' in May

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] KCC Construction plans to launch sales next month for ‘Suseong Forest Switzen,’ a complex being developed in the Suseong-gu area of Daegu.

‘Suseong Forest Switzen’ is the fourth Switzen brand complex by KCC Construction in Daegu, following the previously supplied ‘Sangin KCC Switzen,’ ‘Duryu Park Switzen,’ and ‘Daegu Opera Switzen.’ It will consist of 17 buildings ranging from 7 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with 755 apartment units sized between 74 and 206 square meters.

The complex is specialized in medium-to-large units (exclusive area over 85㎡), comprising 206 units across 15 types. Among these, 130 units feature medium-to-large layouts with special designs such as terraces and duplex styles.

The complex will include 10 private gardening areas and themed playground facilities. Additionally, it provides 1.53 parking spaces per household (including commercial spaces) and four main vehicle entrances. Nearby natural environments include Suseongmot Lake, Beopisan Mountain, and Apsan Mountain.
