Think Again is a community of thought within the Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office, composed of staff members from each department. From April to November 2022, it shares problem situations related to civil complaint inconveniences, unreasonable regulations, and inefficient work procedures, and discovers and discusses proactive administrative tasks.

At this Think Again meeting, four cases of civil complaint inconveniences, including complicated civil complaint application methods, were shared, and measures to resolve these inconveniences were discussed.

Going forward, the Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office plans to promote proactive administrative projects based on the tasks discovered and strive for regulatory innovation and government innovation through recommendations to the headquarters.
