[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Dongshin University Naju Physical Fitness Certification Center announced on the 26th that it will open a 'Non-face-to-face Exercise Class' to provide exercise services at home.
The newly opened 'Non-face-to-face Exercise Class' is an interactive non-face-to-face exercise service that can be participated in real-time using the video chat platform Google Meet. The exercise program for ▲posture correction ▲muscle strength improvement ▲relief of chronic muscle pain will be operated for 4 weeks from May 16 to June 15.
The program operates from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM, and participants who attend more than 6 out of 12 classes over 4 weeks will be entered into a draw to receive exercise equipment and mobile coupons as prizes.
Participation can be applied for after signing up on the National Fitness 100 website.
Lee Jung-cheol, director of the Naju Physical Fitness Certification Center, said, "Due to COVID-19, physical activity has decreased, increasing the risk of obesity, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal diseases," and added, "Simply participating in exercise can effectively improve quality of life, so we encourage active participation."
