[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] ShoppingNT announced on the 26th that it will revamp the screen layout (UI/UX) and enhance customer order convenience by introducing a TV app cloud.
By adopting the TV app cloud, the TV screen can be diversified like a mobile shopping mall store, and users can conveniently search for various products other than the ones being broadcast using the remote control and play related videos. Additionally, when revamping the screen, it is efficient because the screens of 10 broadcasting platforms, from IPTV to cable broadcasting, can be changed simultaneously without additional development costs. In the long term, AI-based personalized product recommendations for customers will also be possible.
The newly introduced ShoppingNT TV app cloud will be sequentially applied to a total of 10 broadcasting platforms, starting with Skylife.
