◆Woori Financial Group=Announced the issuance of unnamed, unsecured, unsubordinated, amortizing contingent capital securities for operating fund procurement.
◆Hyosung=Announced that its subsidiary Hyosung Investment Development signed a real estate lease contract worth 79.2 billion KRW. The contract period is until April 26, 2024.
◆HiSteel=Announced winning the Albian & Horizon Project order worth 32.9 billion KRW.
◆Seonjin=Announced plans to borrow 45 billion KRW to expand purchase and operating fund credit limits.
◆Industrial Bank of Korea=Announced operating profit of 850.5 billion KRW in Q1, a 9% increase compared to the same period last year.
◆Daekyo=Due to marketing activities to enhance corporate value and rewards for excellent franchise sales performance.
◆SeAH Steel=Announced signing a stainless steel sheet supply contract with Samsung C&T. The contract corresponds to 6.5% of sales revenue.
