On the morning of the 26th (Korean time), she received 5.45 points in the weekly women's golf world rankings officially announced, jumping six places from 12th last week. She accumulated points by securing a 5-stroke victory at the LPGA Tour DIO Implant LA Open (total prize money $1.5 million), which concluded the previous day at Wilshire Golf Club (par 71) in Los Angeles, California, USA. This is her 6th career win, coming seven months after her victory at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship in September last year.

Ko Jin-young (27) remains 1st (9.29 points), Nelly Korda (USA) 2nd (8.40 points), and Lydia Ko (New Zealand) firmly holds 3rd (6.06 points). South Korea's Kim Hyo-joo (27, Lotte) is 8th (5.00 points), Park In-bee (34, KB Financial Group) 9th (4.99 points), Kim Se-young (29, Mediheal) 11th (4.78 points), and Lee Jeong-eun6 (25, Daebang Construction) 21st (3.13 points). Yoo Hae-ran (21, Daol Financial Group), winner of the KLPGA Tour Nexen·Saintnine Masters, rose five places to 36th (2.54 points).
