[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] ‘Yeouido Hyundai Maestro’ is a residential officetel located in Yeouido. It is scheduled to be constructed by Hyundai Asan and introduced through an investment by Hanmi Global’s subsidiary Hanmi Global D&I in the PFV. ‘Maestro’ is Hanmi Global’s small housing brand.

The building will have 1 tower with 6 basement floors and 13 above-ground floors, consisting of a total of 162 officetel units with exclusive areas ranging from 25 to 77㎡. As it is located in Yeouido, the center of the domestic financial industry, it boasts excellent proximity to workplaces. Right in front of the complex is Seoul Subway Line 9’s National Assembly Station, and within walking distance is Yeouido Station, a transfer station for Lines 5 and 9.
