[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] Kim Nam-guk, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, dismissed Lee Jae-myung, the standing adviser’s 'June comeback theory' on the 25th, saying, "There is absolutely no blueprint or plan being made."

In an interview with CBS Radio's 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' on the same day, Representative Kim said, "Whenever he appears in the media, people ask about (Adviser Lee's) political schedule, but there is no such plan at all. As you all know, he exhausted all his energy during the election," he said.

He added, "Usually, a presidential candidate has about 3 to 4 schedules a day, but at that time, candidate Lee Jae-myung had about 16 or 17 schedules, including almost private ones. He is now taking time to recharge," and said, "Many citizens send personal messages, so he is communicating with those people, reading books, and spending time quietly, so he has not yet been able to think about political matters."

He continued, "If the people or the party request some role, he might consider it then, but as of now, I understand there are no political schedules or plans," adding, "I think politics is about trust and repaying the people who have supported you."

Representative Kim also said, "During the presidential election process, he received help and sacrifices from many citizens, so it is necessary to return the love he received." However, when asked if there is a possibility of running for a local constituency, he replied, "I don't know."

Meanwhile, after losing the last presidential election, Adviser Lee stopped external activities. However, recently, he accepted the position of 'Village Chief' of his fan cafe 'Jaemyeong's Village' and started communicating with supporters through social networking services (SNS), leading to the emergence of the 'Lee Jae-myung comeback theory' in some political circles.
