Korea Real Estate Board Conducts Pre-Education for Real Estate Development Professionals

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] The Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 25th that it is recruiting students for the '2022 1st Real Estate Development Professional Pre-Education Course.'

This course is established under the 'Act on the Management and Promotion of Real Estate Development Business' and is being conducted after being re-designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as a pre-education institution for real estate development professionals.

The education will take place over 9 days from June 20 to 30 at the Korea Real Estate Board headquarters. The target participants are real estate development professionals. Those who complete the course will be issued a certificate of completion for the 'Real Estate Development Professional Pre-Education.' Completion of the course grants the 'Real Estate Development Business Registration Requirement.'

Applications will be accepted from the 25th until the 23rd of next month. Detailed information can be found on the Real Estate Research Institute or Korea Real Estate Board websites.
