[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Online fashion platform Musinsa announced on the 25th that it will strengthen its organizational culture to create an environment where employees can fully concentrate on their work.

First, starting from the 1st of next month, it will introduce a hybrid work system. Working from home twice a week will be the default, and adjustments can be made according to the circumstances of each department. The 'Flexible Commute System,' which allows employees to choose working hours that help them focus on their tasks, will also be expanded. Employees can come to work anytime between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., work for 8 hours excluding lunch breaks, and then leave.

Every last Friday of the month will be designated as 'Early Friday,' with only 4 working hours, and a 'Mental Health Care' service for employees' mental and psychological well-being has also been newly established. Additionally, group accident insurance will be newly applied starting next month. A ‘Selective Welfare Benefits’ system will be introduced, allowing employees to choose preferred welfare items. This system enables employees to freely use up to 3.5 million KRW annually by designing welfare packages according to their preferences. Selective welfare items include ▲self-development ▲book purchases ▲exercise ▲cultural activities ▲childcare support, among others.

Kim Narae, HR Director of Musinsa, said, "With these changes, we will create a unique working style at Musinsa where employees can immerse themselves in their work and grow together with the company. Going forward, Musinsa will continue to make various efforts to support employee growth and expand investments necessary for recruiting outstanding talent."
