[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Korea Center announced on the 25th that it will introduce a flexible work system to quickly respond to the rapidly changing market situation and establish a sustainable growth system.
The flexible work system will be applied to all employees of Korea Center. Each individual, team, and business unit will confirm the work goals to be achieved with the company for the current year, and based on personal autonomy, they can choose their working hours, location, and seating.
Korea Center is establishing three key smart office environments. It has secured Park One, which has emerged as a landmark in Yeouido, as a new key smart office, and the existing Gasan-dong building in Geumcheon-gu and the KR Center located in Bucheon will also be transformed into smart office environments.
Kim Girok, CEO of Korea Center, said, "Through smart work that enables efficient working, we will continuously upgrade the system to help Korea Center employees maximize communication and potential improvement."
