[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Seoul Cultural Storage Facility announced on the 25th that it is recruiting program planners and instructors to jointly conduct the 2022 park leisure culture program, the ‘Ecology + Living Culture Program,’ until May 4.
The Cultural Storage Facility’s ‘Ecology + Living Culture Program’ is a park leisure program designed to revitalize citizens’ ecological and creative daily living culture. Every year, it operates various leisure activity programs selected through a public contest for citizen-planned programs on diverse themes.
Citizen-planned programs can freely propose creative and convergent themes such as outdoor activities, handcraft and tool programs, environment and ecology, humanities, and cultural arts. A total of about six programs will be selected without restrictions on online or offline formats.
Anyone who is a program planner or instructor with more than one year of experience capable of planning and conducting classes can apply. Final selected candidates will receive support for instructor fees, material costs, and class space. Applications can be submitted through the recruitment link on the Cultural Storage Facility’s website and blog.
Lee Yong-nam, Director of the Western Park Greenery Office, said, “We aim to create diverse park leisure programs so that citizens can enjoy various experiences and activities in the park,” and added, “We hope many instructors will show interest and participate in the Ecology + Living Culture Program contest, which is directly planned and executed.”
