Lotte Hotel Launches Promotion Celebrating 100th Anniversary of Children's Day

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jin-young] Lotte Hotel is launching the ‘Hopes with U’ promotion to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Children's Day.

According to Lotte Hotel on the 25th, this promotion consists of various kid-cation products by chain and Lotte Hotel’s social contribution activities.

First, Lotte Hotel is introducing kids packages with diverse content designed to capture children’s hearts.

A portion of the sales proceeds from the packages will be donated to Good Neighbors to support vulnerable children in Korea. It is an opportunity to enjoy a meaningful kid-cation.

In collaboration with Nike Hongdae, the ‘Kids Nike By You’ package allows children to design their own hats or T-shirts. It is available at three hotels adjacent to Nike Hongdae (Lotte Hotel Seoul, L7 Hongdae, and Lotte City Hotel Mapo) and is limited to the first 100 rooms sold. Common benefits include a one-night stay, one NIKE BY YOU kids voucher, and a 10% discount on Nike Hongdae products (excluding some items).

Lotte Hotel Seoul offers an additional benefit of club lounge access for three people (2 adults and 1 child) and prices start from 380,000 KRW. L7 Hongdae is available from the 100,000 KRW range, and Lotte City Hotel Mapo from the 90,000 KRW range. Reservations are open until the 31st of next month, with stays available from the 1st to the 31st.

Additionally, six Lotte Hotels nationwide have prepared a kid-customized package called ‘Kids Special Day.’ Signiel Seoul launched the ‘Family Month Special’ package featuring consecutive holiday stay benefits throughout May.

If you want to spend enjoyable time with your child in a character room, you can use Lotte Hotel Seoul’s ‘Hello Carbot Friends’ package or Lotte Hotel Ulsan’s ‘Hello! Whale’ package, themed around whales.

For those who want an experiential package, we recommend Lotte Hotel World’s ‘Lotte World Parade’ package, Lotte Hotel Jeju’s ‘My Little Angel’ package, and Lotte Hotel Busan’s ‘Lotte World Adventure Busan’ package.

Lotte Hotel Seoul is collaborating with a social cooperative for urban regeneration through cooking to conduct volunteer baking activities at a brick house located in Hoehyeon-dong.

On the 4th, Lotte Hotel bakery experts passed on bakery techniques to the operators of the brick house. The scones made using the transferred secret recipe will be sold on weekdays only for about two weeks starting from the 2nd of next month.

Scones are limited to 250 per day and will be sold at 1,000 KRW, with part of the sales price subsidized by Lotte Hotel. All proceeds will be donated.

On the 16th of next month, Lotte Hotel’s pastry chef Na Seong-ju will hold a Hope Class for local children.
