Student Found Dead in Manhole Next to Yeungnam University Dormitory Building

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] At around 1:38 PM on the 24th, A (21), a student attending Yeungnam University, was found dead in a manhole next to the dormitory building in Gyeyang-dong, Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongbuk.

The police estimate that A fell from the second floor of the dormitory building into the manhole and died. They are also conducting an investigation, including analyzing nearby closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, to clarify the exact circumstances of A's death.
