Chairman Ahn said, "The relocation of the Blue House or the organization is actually outside my authority since it is being handled by the president-elect's secretariat," adding, "(So) I made a proposal."

He further stated that he suggested to President-elect Yoon, "The most important role of the next administration is to find future growth engines and to nurture talents as professionals for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. One of the greatest symbols for achieving this could be the senior secretary for science education. This itself could demonstrate how this government differs from the Moon Jae-in administration regarding the future," and it was reported that President-elect Yoon responded, "I will consider it."
