Gokseong-gun Publishes 2022 Useful Local Tax Guidebook

[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Cha Jong-seon] Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, has published the booklet "2022 Useful Local Tax Guide" to help residents easily understand taxes.

This booklet is published with a total of 100 pages. It organizes contents related to local tax laws such as property tax and explains difficult and complex taxes in an easy-to-understand manner.

With a total of 10 chapters and 45 items, it is full of useful information including major amendments to local tax laws, local tax systems that individuals and businesses should know, and local tax reduction systems.

Gokseong-gun plans to first distribute the booklet to related organizations within the region and make it available at each eup/myeon office, the county office civil service center, and the finance department starting April 25.

A Gokseong-gun official said, "We hope that the publication of this booklet will increase residents' interest in local taxes, which are the core resources of local autonomy. We will do our best to realize trusted tax administration through continuous communication with taxpayers."
