[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] 11st announced on the 21st that it has launched the ‘Shocking Accumulation’ program, which provides an additional 5% of the payment amount as SK Pay points.
The Shocking Accumulation program targets new and small-to-medium sellers with average monthly sales of less than 10 million KRW over the past three months and will operate until the end of this year. Products participating in the program are marked with a Shocking Accumulation flag so that customers can easily recognize them. By adding the Shocking Accumulation benefits to the basic accumulation rate based on the customer's purchase grade and affiliated card company benefits, customers can accumulate up to 9% in SK Pay points, enabling more economical shopping.
11st plans to sequentially open additional features such as a search filter that allows customers to view only products participating in the Shocking Accumulation program during product searches, and operate exclusive exhibitions selling only Shocking Accumulation products to achieve a tangible increase in sales.
Ahn Seunghui, head of 11st Selection, said, “As many new sellers have turned to online sales after COVID-19, we have prepared a support program that can serve as a catalyst for initial business growth. It will be a mutually ‘win-win’ opportunity through win-win cooperation where purchasing customers receive satisfactory benefits and sellers strengthen their business competitiveness.”
