[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The nonprofit organization Hope Sharing People announced that on the 20th, in celebration of Disability Day, Lotte Confectionery (CEO Younggu Lee) and the Community Chest of Korea donated 815 boxes of snacks to boost the rehabilitation motivation of people with disabilities and encourage them.
Lotte Confectionery, which willingly practices beautiful sharing, continuously carries out active sharing and various welfare projects every year for vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots. Since 2013, it has been steadily conducting various social contribution activities under the slogan "Delicious Sharing, Warm World," making significant contributions to society.
Additionally, Hope Sharing People, which discovers vulnerable groups in need and delivers warm care and affection, prioritized delivering the donated goods to 106 disability organizations and institutions nationwide, exerting a positive influence and encouraging people with disabilities.
On this Disability Day, Lee Gyuil, president of the Incheon Association of the Visually Impaired, who received the snacks, expressed gratitude to Lotte Confectionery, the Community Chest of Korea, and Hope Sharing People for their warm sharing for visually impaired individuals who are always in difficult circumstances.
Lotte Confectionery and the Community Chest of Korea plan to continue actively engaging in sharing activities by discovering various vulnerable groups nationwide, not only people with disabilities but others as well.
