Sh Suhyup Bank Donates 300 Million KRW Development Fund to Pukyong National University

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Sh Suhyup Bank has generously donated 300 million KRW as a development fund to the National Pukyong National University.

On the morning of the 20th, Kim Jin-gyun, President of Suhyup Bank, visited the president's office at Pukyong National University headquarters and handed over the university development fund to President Jang Young-soo.

In 2011, Suhyup Bank signed a main banking agreement with Pukyong National University and pledged to donate 5 billion KRW as a development fund to support the university's development, nurture outstanding talents in fisheries and marine fields, and support research.

According to the agreement, Suhyup Bank donated 3 billion KRW to Pukyong National University that year and has been supporting the university's innovation and development by donating more than 100 million KRW annually.

Pukyong National University uses the development fund for nurturing outstanding talents, supporting academic research projects, and improving university facilities.
