Gurye-gun Signs Business Agreement to Expand Processed Food Exports to China

[Gurye=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yuk Miseok] On the 20th, Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it signed a business agreement with JHE GLOBAL (CEO Lee Moon-geol) to actively promote the expansion of processed food exports to China.

Attending the agreement ceremony were Lee Gwang-dong, Acting Governor of Gurye-gun, Park Geun-gyu, Director of the Agricultural Technology Center, Lee Moon-geol, CEO of JHE GLOBAL, Huo Yan, Director of JHE GLOBAL, Park Geon-hee, Manager of JHE GLOBAL, Lee Myeong-yeop, CEO of Gurye Samchon, a local export processing company, Kim Sang-su, CEO of Boknaerineun Dangsan Tree, Shim Bok-soon, CEO of Jirisan Special Crop Cultivation Farm, and Kim Ae-young, Team Leader of Jirisan Piagol Food, among other related personnel.

Through this agreement, Gurye-gun united in mutual cooperation to secure sales channels in both online and offline markets in China for our county’s processed foods, which boast excellent quality.

JHE GLOBAL was designated as the executing company for the online sales competition for Chinese international students, and will take the lead in discovering export items and entering the major Chinese online platform Weindian to expand exports.

JHE GLOBAL, which signed the agreement on this day, is a company that has solidified online and offline distribution networks in China since 2008, operating distribution lines with over 2,000 large stores in more than 30 cities across China.

Lee Gwang-dong, Acting Governor of Gurye-gun, said, “This agreement has become an opportunity to promote the excellent product quality, technology, and marketability of our county’s processed foods in the vast Chinese market,” and added, “We expect that through multifaceted projects in mutual cooperation with JHE GLOBAL, our county’s processed foods will stand out in China.”
