[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Department of Youth Counseling and Lifelong Education at Gwangju University announced on the 20th that it has signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with the village enterprise Gonghana Cooperative.
According to this agreement, both institutions will collaborate for mutual development through ▲joint execution of the university innovation support project ▲practical training for prospective youth leaders, counselors, and lifelong educators ▲field-linked education and employment ▲guidance for educational volunteer activities ▲joint research for curriculum and teaching method development ▲exchange of various education-related information and facility utilization.
Professor Lim Hyung-taek stated, “Together with Gonghana Cooperative, we will actively operate study groups that support employment and start-ups in the social economy sector, thereby expanding departmental career paths and strengthening social contribution activities.”
