[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 20th that it will introduce the 'Fairmont Yeoui Blossom Beer' at The Atrium Lounge on the first floor of the hotel and at various outlets.

The hotel explained, "Fairmont Yeoui Blossom Beer is a handcrafted beer created in collaboration with White Crow Brewery, capturing the spring of Yeouido, and was produced as a limited edition for the spring season."

Made with pure water from Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon Province, Fairmont Yeoui Blossom Beer is a Belgian-style witbier themed around the cherry blossom festival in Yeouido, Seoul, where Fairmont Seoul is located. It features the aroma and taste of cherry, with a refreshing citrus note and smooth finish. The beer is brewed using cherry, orange peel, coriander seeds, and Belgian yeast to enhance its flavor.

Fairmont Yeoui Blossom Beer is available at all food and beverage outlets within Fairmont Seoul.
