The Village Happiness Learning Center first half program will be held from the end of this month at the base center, Nam-gu Lifelong Learning Center, and 13 village-specific Happiness Learning Centers. It offers 16 courses including companion plant gardening, harmonious line dance, easy sewing machine lessons, upcycled leather crafts, and digital learning centers.

The number of recruits varies by course, but on average about 10 people will be accepted in order of application, and the tuition fee is free.
