[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Adison, an offerwall network operated by NBT, the leading domestic mobile point platform operator, announced on the 20th that it has signed a partnership agreement with the integrated mobility platform centered on public transportation, TmoneyGO.
Through this partnership agreement, Adison offerwall operated by NBT will build and operate the offerwall system within the TmoneyGO platform. TmoneyGO users can earn ‘GO Mileage,’ which can be used like cash when using transportation, for free by completing various mobile missions provided by Adison in the future, such as watching advertisements.
TmoneyGO is an integrated mobility service centered on public transportation with the slogan ‘Integrated Mobility Service Platform in Your Hand,’ offering services such as ▲taxi hailing ▲public transportation information including buses and subways ▲easy reservation for express and intercity buses ▲use of Ssingssing and Ddareungi, and provides transfer rewards between public transportation and various transportation modes.
NBT expects that since the ‘TmoneyGO’ platform service is closely connected to transportation systems that are considered essential in people’s daily lives, this partnership will provide an opportunity for the point industry ecosystem to be applied more broadly.
Park Sugeun, CEO of NBT, said, “This partnership agreement between Adison and TmoneyGO is meaningful in that the point industry ecosystem has begun to be systematized even in the transportation network, which is considered an essential daily element across all age groups. Users will receive more diverse earning benefits when using transportation modes they use daily, and the platform will generate more demand based on user benefit services, establishing an efficient partnership system that leads to a win-win structure.”
NBT is the number one point platform operator in Korea. Having recorded its best-ever performance last year with sales of 82.8 billion KRW and operating profit of 1.9 billion KRW, NBT is continuing its full-scale turnaround and is focusing on ‘scaling up the point industry’ as its main management strategy this year.
