According to this agreement, Woowa Brothers plans to establish a new contact center with a capacity of about 500 seats in the Gwangju area by June. The contact center is a customer service center that provides specialized consultation and customer support related to Baemin services, and Baemin plans to prioritize hiring outstanding talent from the Gwangju region as customer center consultation staff.
Through the establishment of this contact center, Baemin aims to strengthen service quality and improve customer satisfaction, accelerating consumer-centered management. In addition, it plans to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through the creation of new jobs. Gwangju City will support the smooth hiring of consultation personnel.
Ham Yoon-sik, head of Woowa Brothers division, said, "We hope the Gwangju contact center will contribute to enhancing the customer experience of Baemin users, increasing quality jobs in the region, and further regional development," adding, "We will continue to seek various ways to contribute to the local economy."
