The TM (Telemarketing) Insurance Smart Customer Verification Service allows customers to view product details on their mobile devices and directly purchase insurance while receiving telephone explanations from agents.


After the agent's product explanation and customer verification steps, an internet address (URL) is sent to the customer's smartphone. Customers can review the insurance contract documents sent to their mobile devices and complete electronic signatures, enabling them to purchase insurance at a convenient time.


The company emphasized that this service improves the existing TM product subscription method, which relied on lengthy agent explanations and phone recordings, by implementing an interactive subscription environment between agents and customers through a digital approach.


Through this, it is explained that customer convenience in subscription is enhanced, the burden of lengthy explanations on agents is reduced, and the possibility of complete sales of TM insurance can be increased.
