President-elect Yoon submits confirmation requests for four nominees including Han Dong-hoon for Minister of Justice

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol submitted the personnel hearing requests for four ministerial candidates?Han Dong-hoon (Ministry of Justice), Lee Young (Ministry of SMEs and Startups), Lee Jeong-sik (Ministry of Employment and Labor), and Jeong Hwang-geun (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs)?to the National Assembly on the 19th. They were nominated as candidates on the 13th and 14th.

With this, President-elect Yoon has completed the submission of personnel hearing requests for 19 Cabinet member candidates, including Prime Minister nominee Han Deok-soo. The confirmation hearings will begin with Prime Minister nominee Han Deok-soo on the 25th and 26th, and hearings will continue consecutively until early next month. The hearing dates will be set by the relevant standing committees through bipartisan agreement.
