Interojo Decides to Dispose of Treasury Shares Worth 256 Million KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Interojo announced on the 19th that it has decided to dispose of 10,000 treasury shares for the purpose of delivering treasury shares due to the exercise of stock options.

The disposal price per share is 25,600 KRW, and the expected disposal amount is 256 million KRW.

The scheduled disposal period is from April 19 to April 22.
