T'way Holdings Acquires Additional 2.4 Million Shares of T'way Air, Increasing Stake to 31%

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] T'way Holdings announced on the 19th that it will additionally acquire 2.4 million shares of T'way Air stock worth 5.8 billion KRW. This amount corresponds to 6.51% of its equity capital. After the acquisition, T'way Holdings' stake in T'way Air will be 31.52%.

The company explained, "We participated in T'way Air's paid-in capital increase to maintain management participation and control."
