[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] IT integrated security and authentication company RaonSecure is launching a large-scale recruitment drive to secure outstanding talent.
RaonSecure announced on the 19th that it will conduct large-scale hiring to expand its blockchain DID business. The recruitment fields include blockchain software developers and engineers, mobile security solution developers, security consultants, white hackers, and all other positions.
A total of 50 people will be selected, and the hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, first practical interview, and second executive interview. Considering the convenience of applicants, the company will adhere to the principle of ‘SPEED recruitment’ to conduct each stage swiftly.
In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, non-face-to-face interviews will be conducted in parallel, and if a candidate is judged to be suitable for the company even outside the applied position, the hiring decision will be made flexibly. The application deadline is until the positions are filled, and detailed information about the recruitment announcement can be found on the RaonSecure website and job portal sites such as Saramin and JobKorea.
RaonSecure has been implementing various corporate culture programs to enhance employee job satisfaction, including ▲ implementation of a flexible working hours system ▲ operation of ‘Family Day’ allowing early leave ▲ unification of the ‘Pro’ honor system to establish a horizontal culture ▲ provision of work environments suited to the COVID-19 situation (one-hour reduced working hours, flexible remote work, etc.) ▲ meal support and affordable breakfast and snacks through an unmanned company store ▲ operation of in-house lounges and nap rooms ▲ support for education expenses, and hosting in-house lectures and seminars to improve employee capabilities.
Lee Soonhyung, CEO of RaonSecure, said, "We will spare no investment and support in various aspects such as working environment and welfare systems to secure outstanding talent in the blockchain and information security fields."
