[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Lotte Confectionery announced on the 19th that it has opened the pop-up store "Gana Chocolate House" for Ghana Chocolate.
The pop-up store located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, is a dessert cafe concept centered around chocolate. Visitors can enjoy not only chocolate but also unique desserts and beverages made with Ghana Chocolate, along with various experiential programs.
The main program, the "Dessert Pairing Bar," offers five-course chocolate desserts and drinks developed with advice from famous dessert patissiers and experts. Exotic desserts such as terrine, berine, and eclair made primarily with chocolate, as well as various beverages like cacao coffee, corn cream chocolate latte, and junky chocolat, are available. This program operates by advance reservation. The "DIY Class" allows participants to make their own chocolate with the help of professional chocolatiers and also requires advance reservation.
Additionally, limited-edition chocolate desserts such as Ghana donuts, financiers, and fresh cream cakes are sold. These products are special Ghana desserts created in collaboration with dessert brands like Wet Donut and Trituba, as well as renowned domestic chefs including Choi Hyun-seok and Kim Tae-hong. Visitors can also enjoy Nomcore Coffee, a representative coffee brand from Sydney, Australia.
There is also a space introducing the history of Ghana Chocolate and a photo booth for commemorative photos, along with over 30 types of Ghana goods for sale.
