On the 18th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon visited Hagye 5-danji in Nowon-gu, Seoul, to tour the interiors of the units. To eliminate discrimination and negative perceptions toward rental housing, Seoul City is launching the "Seoul-style High-Quality Rental Housing" project in earnest. Hagye 5-danji in Nowon-gu was selected as the first complex, and the project will commence this year to create a total of 1,510 high-quality rental housing units by 2030.
