On the 18th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon visited Hagye 5 Complex in Nowon-gu, Seoul, to inspect the interiors of the units. The Seoul Metropolitan Government is launching the "Seoul-style High-Quality Rental Housing" project to eliminate discrimination and negative perceptions toward rental housing. Hagye 5 Complex in Nowon-gu has been selected as the first complex, with the project starting this year to create a total of 1,510 high-quality rental housing units by 2030.
