[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Honam Training Center of the Small and Medium Business Corporation is recruiting trainees to participate in the long-term advanced course for smart factory employees from the 20th of this month to the 6th of next month.
The participants are employees of small and medium-sized enterprises that have introduced smart factories, with 360 people being recruited nationwide. The Honam Training Center will operate in two locations: the Gwangju and Jeonju Smart Factory Learning Centers. The education fields include ▲Data Analysis ▲Manufacturing Automation ▲Operations Management, and applicants can choose one to apply for. Participation is free of charge.
The training course consists of online and offline education and on-site projects. Based on smart factory theory education and practical training using the Smart Factory Learning Centers, trainee-led on-site projects will be conducted to identify and improve problems in the workplace.
The training period is a total of three months. Specifically, it includes ▲Orientation (6 hours) ▲Online theory education (48 hours) ▲Offline practical training (16 hours) ▲On-site projects (80 hours) ▲Results presentation and graduation ceremony (10 hours), totaling 160 hours.
The Small and Medium Business Corporation has newly introduced an online application system and improved education operations by expanding the selection of e-learning courses.
