On this day, Kim Dong-yeon's campaign officially confirmed the slogan and revealed it on the former Deputy Prime Minister's social networking service (SNS).

"The Center of Change, Gyeonggi-do" reflects Kim Dong-yeon's determination to realize political change starting from Gyeonggi-do by breaking vested interests. It signifies leading the overall change in South Korea by driving political transformation in Gyeonggi-do, which can be considered a microcosm of the country.

"Kim Dong-yeon who gets things done!" emphasizes that he is the right candidate as an "economic expert" and "pragmatic reformer" with 34 years of experience across major government ministries and outstanding achievements in the economic field.

The phrase highlights the need for a capable governor who understands the economic system well and can produce results to lead the economic development of Gyeonggi-do, which has a population of 13.93 million and three special cities with over one million residents, and to meet the expectations of Gyeonggi residents who have experienced political efficacy through former Governor Lee Jae-myung (currently the Democratic Party of Korea's standing advisor).

A campaign official added, "The slogan emphasizes that candidate Kim Dong-yeon, an economic expert with abundant government experience and capability, is the right person to succeed former Governor Lee Jae-myung and lead changes in Gyeonggi-do, including political replacement and breaking vested interests."
