[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] The International Management Institute affiliated with the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) announced on the 18th that it will open the "25th FKI Next-Generation CEO Academy" on the 13th of next month, targeting second- and third-generation business leaders and young entrepreneurs.
The FKI Next-Generation CEO Academy is a program first launched in 2010 to provide management education and networking opportunities for young entrepreneurs. To date, about 500 next-generation business leaders have graduated, and they continue to interact through various gatherings even after completing the program. This course has been highly praised as a platform where young entrepreneurs and professionals from various industries share business challenges and expand their networks.
The upcoming 25th course will deeply cover the organizational culture and business strategies of companies that have recently achieved success stories, with current executives and managers from those companies delivering the lectures themselves.
The main instructors include ▲ Han Myung-su, CCO of Baedal Minjok, who will discuss creative organizational culture ▲ Yoo Hyun-kyung, Head of Marketing at Microsoft Korea, covering B2B sales marketing ▲ Kim Sook-jin, Business Leader at CJ CheilJedang, presenting the Bibigo brand business strategy ▲ and Choi Hyung-wook, Vice President of E-Land Group, sharing management strategies for overcoming crises. In addition to management education, workshops to promote networking among participants will also be conducted.
