On the 15th, President-elect Yoon met with reporters in front of his office in Tongui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and when asked about the timing of the presidential office appointments, he said, "We need to take a look. There are many personnel," adding, "Regarding appointments, I said we should listen to various recommendations from you all, review the talent pool data of the Republic of Korea, and select the most optimal candidates."

When asked, "What are the parts you are deliberating on?" he replied, "It is difficult to speak in detail about the appointments."

Regarding the 8th anniversary memorial ceremony for the Sewol ferry disaster to be held on the 16th in Ansan, Gyeonggi, he stated, "I have other matters, so I will send a representative."
