[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] Showbox announced on the 15th that it has decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 131.7 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes.
New shares totaling 24,952,470 will be issued at 5,277 KRW per share.
