BNK Digital Center Relocation and Expansion "Strengthening BNK Financial Digital Capabilities"

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] BNK Financial Group announced on the 15th that it has expanded and relocated the BNK Digital Center and held an opening ceremony to advance the group's digital finance and strengthen research and development (R&D) capabilities.

The BNK Digital Center, which opened last February in the BNK Digital Tower located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, is a specialized research organization aimed at enhancing BNK Financial's digital competitiveness. It aims to facilitate exchanges with digital finance experts, collaborate with outstanding fintech companies, and nurture internal talent.

The newly relocated BNK Digital Center plans to expand office spaces oriented toward mobile offices, group digital education facilities, and collaboration spaces with leading fintech and big tech companies to accelerate the strengthening of internal digital finance capabilities and open innovation.

Additionally, by recruiting external experts and fostering digital personnel within the group, the center will continuously reinforce specialized personnel in the currently operating big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and UI·UX labs, while actively supporting the marketing capabilities of group affiliates through the digital marketing lab scheduled to be newly established within the year.
