Dongyang Wins Construction Contract for 31.8 Billion KRW LH Purchase and Rental Housing New Construction Project in Yongmun-dong, Daejeon

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Dongyang announced on the 15th that it has signed a construction contract for the new Daejeon Yongmun-dong LH purchase rental housing project worth 31.8 billion KRW.

The contract size corresponds to 4.54% of last year's sales. The contract period is 29 months from the actual start date of construction.
