[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 15th that it will launch a MyData-based ‘Credit Score Improvement Service.’

The MyData-based ‘Credit Score Improvement Service’ is a significantly enhanced version of the credit score inquiry service introduced by Mirae Asset Securities when it launched its MyData service this year, making credit information management easier.

Existing credit score inquiry services in the financial sector involved submitting non-financial diligent payment information such as telecommunications fees and health insurance payment records to credit rating agencies to receive credit score bonuses. In contrast, Mirae Asset Securities’ Credit Score Improvement Service is an expanded concept service that, for the first time in the industry, allows customers to receive additional credit score bonuses through financial assets and pension information collected via the financial MyData system. This enables customers who have already received credit score bonuses from other services to further improve their credit scores.

Mirae Asset Securities was the first in the industry to obtain a MyData license and launched MyData services such as integrated asset inquiry, ‘All-in-One AI Dr.Big Investment Diagnosis,’ and credit score inquiry. Customers can gather assets scattered across multiple financial institutions, view them collectively, and compare investment diagnoses and performance all at once.

Kim Se-hoon, Head of the Digital Platform Division at Mirae Asset Securities, said, “We plan to continue launching services that address customer pain points, which were previously difficult to implement, by leveraging MyData in a series of new investment ideas. Through this, customers will be able to experience new investment opportunities with content that helps increase returns and reduces risks, costs, time, and effort.”
