Lotte Members Open Recruitment for New Employees... "Applications Accepted Until the 9th of Next Month"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Members announced on the 15th that it will begin open recruitment for 2022 university graduate new employees starting from the 18th.

The recruitment fields include seven areas: data business, data analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), solution planning, service planning, strategic planning, and human resources. Applications will be accepted through the Lotte Group recruitment website until 3 PM on the 9th of next month.

The recruitment targets are holders or expected graduates (August 2022) of a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university, and those with equivalent academic qualifications are also eligible to apply. Final successful candidates who pass the document screening, aptitude test (L-TAB), and interview stages will join as A-grade employees after June.

Lotte Members announced the full implementation of a remote work system starting from April last year. In line with the new work style, they are also operating workation (remote work from vacation spots) and video conferencing systems.
