Esconec, Decides to Dispose of Treasury Shares Worth 3 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Esconex announced on the 13th that it decided to dispose of 1,831,500 common shares at 1,638 KRW per share. The expected disposal amount is approximately 3 billion KRW. The company stated that the purpose of the disposal is “the delivery of treasury shares due to the exchange request of convertible preferred shares of a subsidiary.”
